www.baby-swimming.com has been written by some of the most passionate baby swimming teachers and experts in the UK. We have written it to give new parents the reassurance, inspiration and practical steps to take their babies swimming.

Tracy Townend founded Puddle Ducks with her close friend, Jo Stone. The business was founded on a unique ethos of bonding and confidence for parent and child combined with a clear understanding of child development from birth. Both Tracy and Jo are keen swimmers who took their daughters to the swimming pool from just a few weeks old. They are totally committed to building a national programme of baby swimming that leads naturally to graceful and efficient swimming for older children.

Ali Beckman works for Puddle Ducks as their Technical Development manager. Ali is responsible for developing the Puddle Ducks teaching programme by linking with baby swimming experts around the world as well as developing new methodologies with her team of Super Teachers in-house. Ali was a competetive swimmer at national level when she was younger, and still competes locally.

Puddle Ducks is now a national children's franchise network. Many of our team are parents who have taken their babies through the Puddle Ducks programme. We are all absolutely passionate about the positive benefits that early swimming can offer and especially the carefully structured, musical programme that Puddle Ducks has developed.
